“I’m heading for Lulimba, a small, remote town in eastern DRC. It’s about 186 miles (300 kilometers) from Bukavu but the journey takes two days in a four-wheel drive vehicle. You can’t fly in as the dirt airstrip, originally cleared by a long abandoned church mission, is reported as uneven and potholed. The jolts along the red-dirt tracks, river crossings full of children splashing about (I wonder how many of them carry the worms of schistosomiasis), and short exchanges with armed men en route make it impossible to study the French grammar book open on my lap.”

Mexican Weed Fairy

Late one night, in old mexico.

Not a creature was stirring, not even a burro.

The rolling papers and lighters were set out with care,

Hoping that St. Nugget would soon be there.

Everyone was preparing for their night in Cabo.

Drinking enough to do the Wabo, trying to get the vision of a donkey show out of their heads.

The night would soon get interesting thats for sure,  We would have fun I assured

I wanted to find some afghan. So the quest began.

As the taxi left the beach for the Mexican ghetto, I was worried we may need some ammo.

Suddenly the car came to a stop, and with that my stomach dropped.

Where the hell are we I ask? Its somewhere I wanted to leave fast.

Up on the rooftop my fears were removed, once I saw the giant painted smiley face on the building I approved.

A man with a tan appeared, smiling from ear to ear.

I knew right then I did not want to drink beer.

And with a flash he jumped into the taxi, I hoped he would produce a baggy.

As the Transaction continued, I produced a Grant and he started to give me the plant.

Not one baggy or two nor three or four, he gave me a 5th baggy and left the door.

And with a twinkle in his eye, and a funny mustache. He left into the night with my cash.

Now with our bountyfull stash, we left quickly to go have a bash.

We ran back to the hotel room, not at all was there a sense of gloom.

I opened the first baggy and rolled fifty Joints, no need for the others, there wasn’t a point.

I knew our trip was soon coming to an end, we had more than enough for the weekend.

So I grabbed our cache and left in a dash

To the pool I went, always quite the gent.

I placed the four baggies in different hidden location, I was on a quest to improve somebody’s vacation.

We were not around the next day to hear the shouts of glee

For I gave away my extra weed, without a fee.

(This poem is based on true and accurate events that occurred on my last trip to Cabo. Viva Mexico!!)

If there is a God, Hes a bigger asshole than Hitler ever was.

Not much more to say than the title. However if you look at this objectively, it can be argued that this God has caused much more pain and suffering than Hitler ever did, or by any other evil person ever to exist on the face of this earth combined. Yet some people choose to celebrate him. Come on, a bunch of stories which came from nomads who wandered the desert for 40 years? You would come up with some crazy shit too.

Its absolutely delusional to believe that whatever happens in ones life is this imaginary man in the sky’s will. Its understandable that millenniums ago the human intellect was not developed enough to understand the immense bullshit that this religious publicity machine has spilled out. Religion was formed as a way to force a moral compass into the lives of people who lived under a certain rule. It was an easy way to keep masses of people behaving, just convince them if they fuck up then they go to hell.

Lets face it, humans are just overly evolved monkeys and monkeys love to throw shit. What better way to clean up the place by brainwashing entire nations into not throwing shit around. It probably came down to a emperor somewhere who saw how expensive it would be to lock almost everyone up into a prison and came up with a pretty ingenious plan. Unfortunately the guy who created it forgot to tell us it was all a joke on his deathbed. Hell maybe he did, but that minor detail was edited out.

If you look at the different religions and their beliefs there are so many similarities and differences that it closely resembles a game of telephone gone horribly wrong. The evolution of these beliefs, the nations and groups of people who subscribe to a particular one have only evolved into more hateful people over time. Look at the Events in the middle east. There are many similarities between the Muslim and Jewish religions, however the people are harshly divided upon the differences between the two. While these differences have been instilled in these people for centuries the widening gap of fanaticism on both sides has brought us to where we are today, a very dangerous situation.

Now 2000 years later religion is the source of most of our problems on our planet. From wars to outdated political ideals, to me it is a speed bump for society, it hinders evolution. Too many people depend upon a non existent entity to make their lives better, when they could do it themselves. If the same amount of faith was instilled in yourself and not wasted in a cult we would become better people and finally truly be responsible for our own actions. You dont owe it to a deity to live your life respectfully and peacefully. You owe it to yourself, your family and the rest of society.

That parents, is the result of a very overpriced, religious liberal arts education. Where by teaching you bullshit you learn how to shovel it.
